Nope, she sat on the bed and ordered pizza.

Not one call to LE, not from her or the defendant.

Don't you think if she would have called LE, they would have been there in a New York minute.

I would think so. I need to listen again. I'm old and my hearing isn't too great.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- "Derogatory" comments by a Dunn Trial juror were the first order of business in Courtroom 406 Saturday, according to a transcript of that secret hearing just obtained by First Coast News.

The transcript shows juror both apologetic and worried about his reputation when he learned that his previous comments to a freelance reporter had become a subject of concern.

The ME's evidence for the prosecution was pretty compelling. If you believe in logic and angles then there is no way the door was open or that Jordan was out of the car. She showed using dowels that the door had to be closed and Jordan was seated then rolled away from the shooter to be shot where he was in the body.

Every time she demonstrates that stance he took while being shot it breaks my heart. Someone was talking yesterday about how sad it is for RR and how quickly your life can change.

I feel way worse for Jordan. One moment you're sitting there having an argument with someone over music and the next thing you know you're being shot at and cowering for your life and gasping for air and dying in your friend's arms. And then you're gone.

This shouldn't have happened.

Hmmm, Guy is doing well.

This man is not confident in his testimony AT ALL.

  • #648
I hope Mr. Guy stays this fired up when MD takes the stand.

I came in late. How much is this dude getting paid for his testimony?

  • #650
This man is a shill.

It's not making sense. Jordan could not have gotten out and then moved back and ducked in the half a second it took to fire those first threw shots. He's just not making sense.

No idea, but it's probably way too much! He's more nervous than RR was.

It got to me too. Seeing his body on the table and hearing how he would have instinctivly curled up to try and escape from the bullets just reminded me of how young this child was. I have a 16.5 year old daughter, and as much as they try to behave like grown ups they are still babies really.

omg you think he will testify again? He has to be one of the most smug, insincere, and arrogant witnesses I've heard. Highly dis-likable in all ways - dude is simply NOT someone you can empathize with, EVEN IF you would, you know what I mean?

I read somewhere that yes, he will be taking the stand. Would have to find the link. Not looking forward to seeing that "I'm above all of this" expression on his face again.

It's been reported that he is expected to testify. He's using self-defense
to justify shooting.

Guy was no where near this aggressive last time round.

Oh, and he said he was paid a fixed fee (remember, court-appointed attys since Dunn is now indigent) of about $6000 for THIS.

ETA: Guess he didn't testify in the first trial.

Havent read his entire book, but Knox devotes a chapter to politics of Angela Corey's State Attorney's Office #jordandavis #MichaelDunn

Perhaps an agenda, no?

Didn't measure parking distance from the ground, but from an aerial pic? Really?
