John Guy was so great this time around. So many moments where I was going, "yes! Exactly!" I don't remember having so many of those moments last time.

For instance, I don't remember him objecting last time to Dunn's non responsiveness and rambling. He did today. I don't remember him questioning the word "attacker" being used to describe Jordan. I don't remember him asking why if he couldn't see a hat or Jordan's face he could see a gun barrel (of course that could be a new lie). Among others. So many points he hit head on instead of insinuations. Good stuff.

I had not seen this before. I had read the Folio article and I am so glad they removed the juror in question, simply for the sake of impropriety. Defense can't appeal on that!
