I thought Dunn and his attorney's request not to hold any jurors was very very telling about how they expect this to go...they are hoping someone gets sick or not able to serve and it is another mistrial...why>,,,because they know that this time he will not avoid a serious verdict to top off his other verdicts. I am really unimpressed with this Waffa lady and assume most of her cases are not jury trials. He can't really blame her as he loves to deflect blame on everyone (ie Rhonda made me do it) because judge carefully asked him every step of the way if he was happy with his counsel.
