PSLPD asking public's help in locating MISSING ENDANGERED 31 yo Joshua Marshall. Joshua was last seen at his home in the 1300 blk of SE Roanoke St, PSL. He 5'10" tall weighing 130lbs, last seen wearing blue collared shirt, blue shorts, and possibly no shoes. Joshua is non-verbal and is attracted to water. If you see or know the whereabouts of Joshua immediately call 9-1-1 or PSLPD at (772) 871-5001.

Missing man found dead in water in Port St. Lucie

Joshua Marshall, who was described as "non-verbal and attracted to water,"was found in water at Village Green Drive just north of Walton Road by Port St. Lucie police and St. Lucie County firefighters.
