Details of Disappearance
Ritchie was last seen at a friend's residence on north Mendoza Way in Citrus Springs, Florida at 8:30 a.m. on on September 8, 2012. He called his mother that day and said he wanted to get clean and enter a drug rehabilitation program. He has never been heard from again. His mother reported him missing at 3:00 p.m. the same day.

Ritchie frequented the Chatmire area of Marion County, Florida at the time of his disappearance. Foul play is possible in his case, which remains unsolved.
