Highlands County deputies search for missing diabetic man

Kevin Grice, 32, was last heard from on Thursday when he said he was at a friend's house watching a movie. Deputies said that friend's identity and location are unknown.

Grice's vehicle is a 2005 white Dodge Dakota with Florida license plate LMMA38. The 32-year-old is a "severe diabetic" and is in need of medication three times per day, the sheriff's office said.

Kevin Grice, 31, last was on the phone late Thursday night and said he was at a friend's house watching a movie, according to the Highlands County Sheriff's Office. It's not known where his friends live.

Grice has since been found dead in his vehicle in the Avon Park area. Investigators say there appears to be nothing suspicious about the scene, but a death investigation is underway.
