Thank you for that. If he had bilateral prosthetics and wore long pants all the time it might not be obvious to any one. In a jail/prison situation they'd be considered potential weapons and confiscated, I'd think, hence the different height and weight. Also, his last arrest record before that listed his weight as 150 pounds sooooooo....

Then there are small time criminals and bada** criminals, so you never know.
