I’d consider MP9986; Rita R. Rahn, a potential match for Cinnamon as biometrics are the same, known MH and drug issues. Rita would have been 43, so the age fits as well. And *strikingly* similar in appearance:

I think I found something potentially useful. So the original newspaper clipping states she was found in a boat off of Rat Key, 150 yards north to be exact. Converted to feet, that would be 90ft longer than a football field (360ft). Rat Key is obviously an island , I’m doubtful she swam to Rat Key then swam over another football field’s length to get to that boat. She must have been with somebody who had a skiff or some type of small boat. I’m assuming that would be the “boyfriend”. I’m wondering if it was an accident and he panicked and left her there then felt guilty and called in the tip? Her clothing also makes me think she was either a long time resident or visited Florida frequently.
