Those articles are heartbreaking, the poor parents. They just want to find Kims body because they believe she is dead at the hands of Rappa.

Looking at Rappa's arrest records in Pasco Co. He was arrested in 2008 for domestic battery by strangulation. Definately looks bad.

He also had a VOP and he had a DVI that was part of his pre-trial release in April of 2009 right before Kim disappeared for another domestic battery where he was given 60 days. So he must have gotten out just 2 weeks before she disappeared.
