Found Safe FL - Latiyfa Hewitt, 30, Kissimmee, 20 Jun 2021

According to Hewitt’s family, she and her family were visiting from North Carolina and staying at an Airbnb. Hewitt left their vacation rental around 8 p.m. to drive to a store near the Publix at Champions Gate Village and she hasn’t been seen since.

Hewitt’s family says they were told she never made it to the store.

The articles say Cabots Cliff Dr. Kissimmee, FL, but Cabots Cliff Drive is in Four Corners FL. That's almost 20 miles away from Kissimmee. Very confusing!


So if the Air BnB rental is on 8967 Cabots Cliff Drive in Four Corners FL and she was headed to the Publix at Champions Gate Village - here is the map:

Edit: That address has been shown online and on the maps as both Reunion FL and Four Corners FL. I'm not a local, so I have no idea..

Here are a couple shots from Google Earth. Those apartments are brand new, they're not even on the 2021 aerial maps yet, but you CAN do a walk around using the little yellow figure at street level if you plug the address in.

These attached shots give an idea of the geography, city, and water/dense brush etc.. Most of the water nearby looks to be from a golf course. All very shallow.

It's a beautiful area, not a lot until you get to the main drag where the Publix is. Most of the drive looks like this

MOO I don't think she's a runaway since the baby was left behind. And that's simply JMO based on her FB that makes it seem unlikely to me.

I'd be checking area retention ponds by drone ASAP. It was dark when she left for the store and she could have driven into one.

Yes and with it being such a new development, her being unfamiliar with the area, it being dusk, no street lights along the way, all risk factors.

Hmm look above at the difference in addresses. I'm thinking somehow that link brings up the wrong address because even when you put in 8967 it comes up for 8974 on that site. What's up with that? If I owned 8967 and was trying to rent it out I would complain!

So anyway looking at the Osceola County Property Appraiser for the 8967 address, guess what? They show it's in Davenport! So we've had Kissimmee, Reunion, Four Corners, and Davenport! No wonder it's so confusing, whew.

There's an Airbnb review from someone who stayed in the area and complained about the time waiting on a ton of backup with the gate people, so hopefully that street also went through a gate and had at least a security camera aimed on exiting vehicles and will have a time stamp/photo of her leaving.

Thanks! I don't know why I even noticed that lol. And thanks to you for all the map info too.

I think they should drive that route at night just to see if any place sticks out where she might have made a mistake and went off the road. (BTW I'm also following Keegan Oyugi's case out of MN and am hoping they check the waters there too).

But I'm also still thinking about Latiyfa not taking her purse to the grocery when going to pick something up. Did she just throw a couple dollars in her pocket? This case is really worrisome to me.

I guess technically it's part of Four Corners but considered in the Kissimmee area.

I'm 2 years older than Latiyfa, ever since having my daughter I made it a point to put down my cell phone, she's six now and I FREQUENTLY leave without my phone, to the park, the store, nail salon, even go to work without it occasionally. NEVER would I leave without my cell phone on vacation in a town I didn't know like the back of my hand, especially if I was driving a car that wasn't mine. Just an opinion from someone who frequently goes places without their cell, not even I would leave mine in this situation and if I did I'd go back and get it immediately.
