*Pretrial Hearing (@ 9am ET) - FL – Laura Pietscher (28) (last seen in Sebring w/Danielle Oct. 17, 2018; found Oct. 19, 2018, Tampa) - *Gary Tyrone Danielle (48) arrested & charge & indicted (2/14/19) for 1st degree premeditated murder, tampering with physical evidence & Grand theft auto. Plead not guilty. Held without bond on murder charge; $4K bond on grand theft & tampering charges.

Manhunt underway 3/15/19; suspect was captured in Tampa (3/19/19) by the U.S. Marshal's task force.
DNA of the killer was found under her fingernails.
3/20/19 Update: First appearance, appointed an assistant public attorney. Motion for pretrial detention. Arraignment hearing on 3/28.
3/28/19 Update: Plead not guilty. No bond on murder charge; $4,000 bond on grand theft of motor vehicle & tampering charges. Next court hearing on June 3.

Hello - I shall be leaving on a Holiday to California!! And won't be around WS for at least 2 weeks (9/18 thru 10/2).
