Was K's car seat ever found? Was it still in the truck or was it in the Lexus? I know LC & K's belongings were found in the dumpster but I hadn't read about the car seat. It probably is irrelevant considering all the other evidence the FBI has accumulated.
At this point I think it's safe to say (moo) Leila has been murdered and poor little Kam was no doubt a witness to it. I think the best outcome now would be if LE found Leilas body so her family can lay her to rest and so Kam will always have somewhere to see his Mum.

I'm trying to find the 3 photos of his trunk in WM parking lot that he and/or LE took within past threads. Anyone have handy those to bump up and repost? All I saw was a lot of black plastic bags. I'm wondering how many bags he packed up from her truck until the photos that HE took.

He said that he woke up and then was confronted. I'm thinking he was under surveillance.. and bagged up lots of stuff and they only went for him when his trunk was full of stuff he transferred.. and not just when he woke up. MOO

Affidavit said they found the truck the 27th and put surveillance on it and he approached the truck with the keys, so they questionned him.


Eta Didn't see the answer to the pictures come by. Not sure we can post that as it's not LE but SR , but it's on tcs. If you search images with that and fbi car search SR full name it's right there. Although just two i think.

Sometimes it just needs a tiny piece of gravel hitting in the wrong spot. Glass very particular, to cut a piece, you just make a shallow groove. (Depending on the type of glass of course but standard ones) while hitting it with your feet might be much harder for exemple.

In todays hearing the. FBI agent stated that broken glass was found inside the driver's side doorframe.

I think it could very easily be him.I think the person entering looks plenty 'cut' at the neck and shoulders,muscular.He appears to just have a baggy style of clothing.I don't think this guy would have any problems with leaving a child in the car unattended.They both seem to be wearing the same type of mask as well.

I kind of thought so it could be SR too. My first thought was that the man on video wasn't tall enough to be SR but video can be deceiving. The fact that they didn't blur his face on the video, while they did blur everyone else's, kind of makes me lean towards it being him. I found it interesting that he seemed to approach the door from off-camera to the right. From where the car was parked though, LC would have approached it from the left. I wish they had left the timestamp info on the video so we could see how long she'd been inside.

No. This hearing was about the kidnapping charges mostly. However, there was a self-proclaimed friend of Leila's posting on Facebook who alleged that she definitely never stayed with SR and his girlfriend in 2018 or 2019 and they would have known if she did. So unproven either way formally, but I feel like that story was just another of SR's lies to make himself look good and Leila look bad. One reason I strongly feel it was a lie is because SR consistently mispronounced Leila's name throughout that hour long diatribe video he made. He pronounced her name "Layla" not "Lee la." I think he barely knew her, really except via Facebook. Eventually we will find out what SR's girlfriend at that time has to say about that story.

There were empty bottles of rubbing alcohol in Leila's truck and a "with bleach" cleaner bottle half empty in his car. So he definitely had what was needed to make chloroform. Don't know if he did or didn't. FBI agent didn't say.

About if SR knew Leila from Alabama.... I will have to go back and look for the video I posted here days ago. It was from a tv station that spoke to her Uncle. He was in a car and was interviewed. It was hard to hear, but I thought he said that the timing SR claimed to have known her in Alabama didn't add up. If anyone else listened to that maybe they can tell what he said. It was not clear audio. Also, the pronunciation of her name is unclear. I have heard a lot of people, anchors and commentators say "Layla". I would think it is "Lee La" too. Has anyone heard her family say her name?

I think it's possible that LC did take off in a car, with other people, with her son in tow after 10:20pm 0n 7/25. This may have been caught on surveillance camera but not released to the public. I also think its possible that during this time, SR's ego was suffering. Upon LC's return to the truck to sleep with Kamdyn around 2:30am is when the fit hit the shan. SR with his injured ego, probably approached the truck trying to get LC to open up. LC refused and SR then broke the driver's side window. The two struggled and whatever happened, happened. SR ends up with Kamdyn then decides to drop him off at the apartment complex in Miramar between 8:00am and 8:30am on 7/26. Where was LC's truck from the afternoon of 25th to the 27th when the license plate reader picked it up at Walmart?

The 'Presumed dead" makes me think it was apparent there was a lot more blood or blood cleaned up, especially in the truck, than they have said.

I had a child in my class with that name, and it was pronounced Lay-la...that's how I would say it anyway. I think it can go either way

I wouldn't have thought Lee-La, but I remember SOMETHING telling us that Lee-La was correct. No idea, but early on. If it IS Lee-La and SR was pronouncing it Lay-La, that would indicate a very large part of his story (that he knew her in person before she came to Florida) was total BS. I wouldn't be surprised.

What if the money was actually Leila's - bear with me - there is speculation that she didn't have much money but maybe this is why, she had been selling items/saving to buy into what SR was selling.

look at the prices he was charging for things on 18th August post - maybe he did have her believing that she could make a successful business for herself and Kam but only if she 'invested' in him. I don't know, very unlikely I know - it's just a thought.

I wouldn't be surprised if, by the time she got to Florida she didn't have that much money on her. That's a long car trip, probably spent a lot of money on gas and food. I bet she did give him money though.
