12/12/19 Update: Taken into custody for outstanding Polk County warrant for 2 counts of perjury. Grand jury indicted on 12/12/19.

Niner, I did a google search on the case number and on the search results page, I saw his name, clicked on it and up popped a list of his charges.

Just started reading this thread so you probably already have this info by now but wanted you to know how I sometimes find info. Oh, just looked at the date of your post. Maybe I have already read the thread or I am way way way behind. If justice was swift, he could already have been convicted.

@Niner I looked into the docket as I was being nosey and noticed that the case number that @PayrollNerd cited is closed and that he has another case number where the docket is active. The active case number is 2019CF010572A000XX.

So according to this case number he has a multiple motion hearing on 7/30/2020 at 9:00 am and a jury selection on 4/26/2021 at 8:30 am. The docket should have been clearer and pointed to the new case number but it didn’t. Anyway hope this helps both of you for future look ups.

Yes finally! I wonder if I posted the wrong case number initially? I look these up on my phone which isn’t ideal for looking at dockets. Next time I’ll use my laptop.
