Nothing about her looks 12 - her clothes, her hairstyle, expression, jewelry, etc. Interesting, noodling around on her missing facebook stuff, no one else thinks she's 12 either. I think they fuzzed out the wrong image in that photo, and that's maybe her mother.

She looks older than 12, but all kids develop at different rates and some have a precocious puberty. Which can make them self-conscious, confused or depressed, and make them a target for bullies. So let's not make the poor girl feel even more self-conscious if she is reading this by focusing on the fact that she looks older than she is.

The 12-year-old girl missing since Wednesday has been found safe, Palm Beach County sheriff’s officials said.


Lizveth Chaparro, who lives in South Bay, was last seen Wednesday about 3 p.m. walking home, the sheriff’s office said.


By Friday morning, deputies had located her, the sheriff’s office said.

No, that's the correct picture. You have no right to judge without knowing what a person has going on. Yes, I were very young but there was a reason.
