Details of Disappearance​

Williams was last seen standing outside his residence in the 5400 block of Blue Tick Drive on March 14, 2013. His neighbors reported him missing, as they had not seen or heard from him in days, and his back door was left open.

Police found evidence of a possible burglary at his home; items were stolen, including a television set, a DVD player and a compressor. Neighbors saw two men loading things from the house onto a truck and driving away. Williams has never been heard from again.

His son lived in Jamaica in 2013. According to his neighbors, Williams was known to walk everywhere he went, and frequented the area of Clarcona Ocoee Road and Pine Hills Road. It's uncharacteristic of him to leave without warning. His case remains unsolved.

I wonder if he could have been identified as UP16742 whose profile was archived last week. UP16742 was found on April 01, 2016 in Ocoee, FL with an estimated date of death of 2013-2014. The distance between Orlando and Ocoee is less than 20 miles. The age estimate for UP16742 is 40-60 years, so Mr. Williams is well outside of that estimate.

The Othram description makes it sound like they think he may have been murdered, but the original Charley Project description I think leans more towards 'he wandered off and some men saw the back door was open and were opportunistic'. He's said to have possibly had memory loss.

From what I can see on Google maps and the limited information we have about where he was found, he could feasibly have walked to where he was found - knowing that he walked everywhere and frequented the road that would lead him to Ocoee. But I think either option is possible.

RIP Lloyd. Another example of a Doe with wildly incorrect age predictions - DNA is the way!

  As she awaited the results of the subpoenas, Grogan listed the skeletal remains with the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System, the Violent Criminal Apprehension Program, DOE Network and the Black and Missing Foundation.
  
  The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System created a composite sketch of the skeletal remain's features. Grogran uploaded the sketches to databases and Othram, a genetic genealogy company that aides police departments, determined the remains were that of a Jamaican-born male. ''
