This afternoon (11/30/2022), Sanford Officers responded to a disturbance at a residence located on Gale Place. Based on information provided to officers, a verbal altercation occurred between Lori Ann Garber, 57, and the victim after Garber was at the residence in violation of an active injunction. During the altercation, Garber ran toward the victim with a box cutter.

Garber then cut her own wrists with the box cutter before leaving the area in her blue, two door, Jeep Wrangler ( FL tag# JLWR85). Garber has hazel eyes, is approximately 5’4", and 140 lbs. Garber was last wearing a long sleeve dark blue and light blue stripped shirt, jeans, and cream-colored sandals.

If you come in contact with Garber do not approach and contact local law enforcement.

I wonder how badly she cut herself. I feel like she couldn’t have gotten far if it was really bad imo.

Missing, endangered woman found, Sanford police say

The Sanford Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating a missing and endangered woman, according to a Twitter post by the agency on Wednesday evening.
