HIALEAH, Fla. -- A man has been arrested and charged with killing another man more than 12 years ago in Hialeah.
Hialeah police said Adrian Martinez Artola has been charged with second-degree murder in the killing of 28-year-old Luis Martin on Nov. 23, 1997.
Artola is accused of shooting Martin as he changed a flat tire in a parking lot in the 1100 block of West 35th Street.
