Today I recieved a response to my FOIA request on Nancy Grace Daniel. They only sent me 2 pages of the original incident report, claiming exemptions related to an ongoing investigation. I thought I'd post the two pages here, as I know there are quite a few people looking into what I think we can all agree are the possibly related cases of Nancy Daniel and Mabel Andrews. It's hard to cover these cases without any case documents, but I'm wondering if anyone is looking into other possible related cases in the area, with the idea of a serial offender. OCSO has traditionally been difficult to get documents on open cases from, unlike many of their neighboring county counterparts, but I think it might at least be worth the effort to start looking for any other possibly related cases. If anyone else is doing so, let me know.

I have believed from the beginning this was the case of a serial killer. I wonder if LE is looking into this as well.

Even just putting out a public call out, did anyone who attended that club remember or recognize a man driving a red car known for "dropping girls home/giving them rides" etc...

I have submitted UP1328 to DoeNetwork and was informed that it has been submitted to LE. So far on NamUs, Mabel has not been excluded. Fingers crossed.

This has been mentioned many times. Read the earlier threads to see the response from Ashley so Shaugnessy the ME of Orlando.

They’ve received multiple tips on this. The dna proved to not match however both LE and Mabel’s family think this is her. For a variety of reasons. It likely is.

This case is a curious one for a myriad of reasons. When I get home I’ll write more in depth about it.

Thanks, I read the earlier posts. But she is not excluded on NamUs, which I would have expected if there isn't a match. Unless I'm missing something. The 10/19/2023 post says that the match has been ruled out on NamUs, but I didn't see the exclusion for UP1328. Hence my post above. As a side note, when I corresponded with the Doe Network, there was no mention of LE excluding UP1328 either.

I look forward to reading more of your take on this.
