Well, it wasn't SS as the roommate said she'd never seen him do laundry before that fateful day... and I doubt it was JS as I just feel like she's lazy, plus she had a child to do stuff she wouldn't want to do IMO. You know... "chores". And I doubt that laundry was co-mingled with the roommates laundry. I'd think the roommates would all gather and do their own so who does that leave? It leaves Maddie to do the chore of JS, SS & her laundry.

JMO.
I remember jenn saying she only went upstairs to do laundry.

Then it sounds like she would/should have seen 'stuff' on the sheets.

I suppose she didn’t notice that either. Just pretend it doesn’t exist.

if your kid was missing, even if you didnt see what she wore to bed, would you not have gone to her hamper by now to have a look? Pj's on the floor, or any signs of anything from the morning? or check if she took anything with her? ( I'm asking the wrong people. I dont think anyone here would say no lol) She could have said I know she wore this to bed because I saw.... in the morning. Anything ? I wonder if she even looked?

even though she has parental controls on maddis phone that meant she has to approve all app install requests

To me it felt like she was begging the question, that was weird, I may be Canadian but dont speak French to me and expect I understand?? thats what it felt like. It was almost like was getting a little power or control back but I dont think she's capable of thinking that way. it was probably more like I'll answer with Spanish words, this way he can ask me a question I can finally answer ( whats in that dish) it felt very manipulative to me,
manipulative....IMO, yes. consider the exchange in the subpoena interview when she talks about her return from her appt: she was asked what they talked about...she tells SS BS story about Madeline school drop off and vape store not open story. WJ moves on. 'so does he leave before you did?' her answer: she circles back and tells the phone story. seems like she forgot she was supposed to include the story as to what her and SS talked about. she caught herself.

its interesting they asked if he left before her.

another thing that was interesting to me is JS 'finding' Madeline's phone while she was 'putting things away'. thats not believable because as we have all seen, the condition of that home was chaos, most notably Madeline's 'space'. we dont know exactly when JS 'found' Madeline's phone....was it when she and SS are together after her appt? she doesnt know if Madeline charged her phone, doesnt know if Madeline moved the charger upstairs?

secondly, in the subpoena interview when she took Madeline's phone to the school, she called Madeline (she forgot she had it....IMO BS). she said she heard it vibrate. so, its interesting to me the ringer was off.

also, two math workbooks are found at the school. probably in her locker, its not specified. wondering if one of these books is where the doodle with the explicit disturbing drawing was found, as it did depict an algebra equation on the same page. her math class, what period? was the workbook(s) something that stayed in school that never came home with her or only came home to do assignments on a specific day? it wasnt in her backpack.

I just had a thought as I was looking back over the evidence collected from the Scribd Pruddennce posted above... and that's this item found in bedroom #4 (Pg 40):

(1) orange bottle of masturbation cream from bedroom #4

So, if he had JUST arrived a few hours before JS sent them upstairs to sleep... what was masturbation cream doing out? Well, we know what it was doing out. :( It's obvious that he more than likely raped her that night (Unless she was done being raped and that's what ended up getting her killed).

So my question is... was it REALLY JS's idea for them to go upstairs, or was it SS's? You know, like putting a suggestion into someone's head. "Hey, do you want us to take room #4 so you can get some undisturbed sleep?".

I've wondered where and when Jenn found Maddie's phone as well. Her retelling of where she found the phone is not consistent.

^ Page 34, JS says MS phone was left on her nightstand. But on Page 50, JS says she found Maddie's phone on her dresser while putting things away in the morning, so she picked it up and brought it with her to the school.

I don't know when Jenn would have had the time to clean and 'find' Maddie's phone on the morning of 2/26. At 8 am she's woken up by SS leashing the dog, then goes back to sleep until 9. She leaves around 9:30 for her blood draw and comes back at 11:30. SS arrives around noon, and the two hang out until SS leaves before 1 pm. If Jenn was cleaning up/organizing and came across MS' phone it would likely be after SS left.

MS' phone was powered off at 7:16 am Monday and turned back on at 10:55 am (page 46 ^ most likely by SS). No action is recorded on the phone until 2:37 pm, when 54 steps are registered, which is when LE believes JS retrieved MS' phone. This would dispute JS' claim that she found MS' phone in the morning.

JS comes across as a very lazy and self-centered person. I do not buy for one second that she would be busy organizing or putting things away, walks into MS' hangout space, finds her phone and then is out the door for the pickup. This is the same woman who could not find the energy to take her daughter to school, let alone tell her good morning/goodbye that morning. Even after Maddie was 'missing,' JS did not have it in her to go upstairs and look around Room 4 for clues, notes, anything. But she summons the energy to do some cleaning that afternoon and finds her daughter's cell phone in the process?

Sorry, not buying it.

IMO, there's Jenn's version of events and then there's the truth. I would like to know the real reason JS went into MS' space before leaving for the pickup.

the bottle of that M cream was found in Room #4 inside SS backpack. they took it out and photographed the contents of his backpack. page 45 - having it in his possession is disturbing....he doesnt bring a supply of clothes for the week, instead that was one of his essentials to bring along  makes me ill.

and this: the roommate indicated the dog always slept in the living room. unfortunately, she cant specifically say she saw the dog that morning, because it would be something she would always see and not what she actually noticed that morning.

I do not believe the dog slept in JS's room that nite or that he went in there to leash it...why would he it if it was always in the living room, there are leashes hanging in the kitchen area and its the cats space to come in and out of at nite. JS's room did have critter bowls but IMO, I think that is where their bowls are traditionally...certainly not the kitchen area, or anywhere else in that small downstairs, they would be kicked all over the place it seems anywhere they are placed.

also, where is the litter box kept? did I miss it? or is the cat a 100% outdoor cat that has to be let in and out of the home?

JS: she lacks dialogue detail with SS when returns from her appt. as you said, she certainly wasnt puttering around doing anything in that house and at some point she is in Madeline's bedroom space which is chaos just like her room and bathroom. there are clothes in a pile in the bathroom that she doesnt touch. so much for "I was organizing and putting things away"

and one more thing, well, at this moment :) JS calls SS several times starting at 2:15pm before she leaves at 2:30.....she cant reach him. she claims he calls her TEN MINUTES later after she leaves, with his sorry story, he says he left his phone at home along with the tire story which is why he was late. obviously, to her, he is home now because he's calling her on his phone.

she's only only 10 minutes out of the home and he calls her so why wouldnt she just turn around and go back and hook up with him and go together as planned? tons and tons of time to get to school to sit and wait, right?

investigative subpoena.

according to JS, when Madeline didnt come out, she called her, heard the phone vibrate: 'I forgot I had her phone with me.' (investigative subpoena). really?

I keep an eye out for this thread, hoping I'm going to see an arrest.

It could have been Maddie's BFF hoping she'd finally pick up since they didn't talk that morning like they did every single morning when they wake up.

yep, autopilot on anxiety meds.
i dont want to demonize anxiety meds - they make it so i can function. but this woman? i'm sorry but she seems addicted at the very least. My opinion

I have no experience myself, but I think, if JS drugged herself with anything on the days of murder (incl. day before and day after), it was her full intention to do so just then - and certainly there was an important reason. IMO
