This guy is such a prize, attempted murder, drive by shooting (discharging weapon from a vehicle), child porn, child molester & snorting "white" powder through a dollar bill!

Lozano was arrested Wednesday on 10 felony counts related to obscene communication/child pornography and a single count of lewd lascivious behavior victim 12 to 16 years old offender 18 or older.

If they can prove that's him with that little girl than he should be facing manufacturing of child pornography as well.
