FL - Man charged with manslaughter in baby's death Lake City

Dwight Tyre III, 23, of Lake City, was arrested after 11-month-old Oliver Hayden was hospitalized Tuesday with injuries hospital staff told investigators were consistent with shaken baby syndrome, according to the Columbia County Sheriff's Office.

Tyre was initially charged with aggravated child abuse and felony battery.

While he is the one who killed this baby, I still have to wonder when these women will learn to protect their babies from whatever loser they hook up with.
