Man faces murder charge in Tampa robbery that led to woman’s death, deputies say

Antonio Luis Gueits, 18, is accused of severely beating a woman at University Area Community Park before taking her purse.

Antonio Luis Gueits was initially arrested on aggravated battery and other charges on Dec. 26, the same day he is accused of beating 65-year-old Cerida Charon and taking her purse, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
