What I find significant about the POI's way of walking
is that he never stretch his knees area fully,
his legs are never in a 90 degrees angle, his knees/hollow of the knees alway keeps a bit bendt,
and that gives him that specific kind of walk.

Anyone knows if there is something that cause that?
Anyone knows if there is a name to that kind of walk?

As the left leg comes forward, the spine goes into a right rotation and the right arm moves back. This coordination of the muscles on both sides is what gives support to the lower back, he says.

If someone is walking without much swing to the arm, it's a red flag that the spine isn't being supported as well as it could be, because of some kind of limitation in the back's mobility. Back pain or a vulnerability to damage can follow. "Arm swing is a great indicator of how the back is functioning," Bailey says.

A healthy stride starts with a heel strike, then the foot slowly lowers to the ground, then it lifts from the toe and slings back to your heel. But with drop foot, muscle control is lost and the foot can't return slowly to the ground. Instead, it "slaps" the ground.

Every sport I've ever participated in emphasizes keeping your knees bent and loose, often bending slightly in the hips at the same time, like when shooting a free throw or serving in volleyball or tennis. Runners are supposed to keep their knees bent and be careful with their stride so they don't fully straighten.

I think this person must be an athlete.

I don't think LE has released the location on their bodies where they were shot. They are not commenting on whether there are known similarities in weapon/caliber in the shootings but many of us are presuming this is why LE is confident of a connection. We don't have the number of gunshots per victim either, just some witness accounts of how many shots they heard.

The first and third victims, Benjamin and Anthony, were both very close to bus stops on the same street when killed. About a block apart from what I could tell. Both those stops are for Route 9 which travels primarily down 15th Street. Monica is known to be a regular bus rider. She rode the bus earlier but had apparently stopped where she was living and was then walking to a friend's place when killed. (ETA: correction, she used Uber that day, we don't know when she last rode the bus)

Time of day is believed to be similar between the three but again Monica's isn't as clear cut.. Benjamin shot around 9pm, Monica not confirmed but witnesses heard shots around 9pm, Anthony around 8pm. Based on the witness accounts of shots Monica is believed to have been shot on the 11th but she was not found until the 13th.

We don't have any info on outfit for the 2nd and 3rd killings. The video and eyewitness reports relate only to Benjamin's murder.

Motive not clear but LE have stated no signs of robbery, just shoot and leave. Speculation here is possibly someone upset with the bus organization HART - a fired employee, a resident upset with recent route changes, etc.

He/she looks quite distinctive, and if she/he lives in a small area of this neighborhood, several people have likely cottoned on to who this is. jmo But, when Monica Hoffa was shot, a homeowner nearby said that she heard 5 gunshots ( and knew the sound to be gunfire). But, I think she didn't call 911, as Monica wasn't found until 2 days later. This might well mean that people in the neighborhood have been fearful to reach out to LE. Perhaps they don't feel that LE will help or protect them. Sad, if true, because I'm convinced someone(s) knows who this shooter is...jmo

Just to mention that I read upthread that Monica had rode in an uber car when she was going home. So, I guess she didn't ride the bus that afternoon/early evening.

In an earlier post it was said after the shooting....while he was running...he looked like he hesitated for a minute and turned south to run. I'm not familiar with Tampa or the area ...but maybe he did have a car parked somewhere...and stopped for a second to remember where he parked and how to get to his car. Maybe he is not from that area...and just found it to be a area where you can hide in bushes and not be seen by people. It sounds like it is a very quiet area..not alot of traffic.???

That might be the third video they release if they don't get any response from the second one they released yesterday. MOO. but I dont think they would do that during that time he could kill someone else if they did have his face I think they would throw it out quick even if just to possibly make him her stop for a while giving them more time to catch moo

I'm sure the ballistics match up. Monica Hoffa was walking from her house over to her friends house when she was killed. It does sound like the shooter was out trolling.

It's very possible he is following them off the bus, but wouldn't they have footage of him entering/exiting the bus? But still a possibility. I do think he lives close by or hides a car close by.

It seems like you could escape area quicker in a car??
