Maria Carchia, 24, normally contacts her father at least once a week but has not done so. The family is concerned because neither Carchia nor her baby, Catalina, have a stable place to live. Carchia is described as 5 feet, 4 inches and 150 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes and a tattoo on her left leg and right shoulder. Catalina is around 30 inches tall, weighs 30 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes.
