Police seek dad, 8-year-old son
Poinciana -- Osceola deputy sheriffs are searching for an 8-year-old boy whose father is thought to have taken him from his Poinciana home Wednesday.
Mark Heath was last seen with his father, Mark Heath Sr., who does not have legal custody of the child, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office reported.
Heath was seen driving a gray 2006 Chevrolet Impala with a Pennsylvania license tag. The last four numbers of the tag were 6905. Investigators think he may be on his way to the Tampa area or to Youngstown, Ohio.
Deputies also suspect that Heath's girlfriend, Judy Schollenberger, who is in her late 30s, might try to take the boy to an airport to avoid detection.
Anyone with information about Mark's whereabouts is asked to call 407-348-2222.
