I would guess she/he is still employed. the teacher did fill the required mandatory mandated reporting. it requires that you call not that you give your name. the person who takes your info will give you a case number. ( and dont think that they dont have a phone number to id you.

The article is confusing to me... It says he failed to submit a report, only typed her name in twice... But then later says he did report but not give his name? That's confusing. Did he actually file a report? If not, where I live it is illegal. I still think he should have filed a report when he learned she spent hours in time out frequently. I am frustrated with this, everyone should be a reported, and it is law in my state. Those who are mandated reporters, like those who work in schools, are even more mandated they must file a report! And the social worker... I would love to get feedback, response from someone on here that's a social worker- I would like to believe she would have to actually see the child, and home, but am is this not true?
