Florida woman planned for a family trip to Anna Maria Island, police say. Now she's missing

We are actively looking for Mercedes "Sadie" Tyson who was reported missing today. Sadie was last in contact with her family on Wednesday, July 4th, 2018, at approximately 10:00 am when she advised she was going to Anna Marie Island.

Police say Tyson was seen getting into a gray or green car with two unknown men. She was in possession of a bag and wearing cutoff jean shorts and a gray shirt with pink and purple flowers on the sleeves.

Attempts to contact Tyson via her cellphone and social media have been unsuccessful, according to investigators.
