I believe the necklaces are Santeria Elekes.
The red and white represents Shangó, the green and yellow La Mano de Orula, the ambar one represents Oshun, the blue and white Yemayá and the red and black Elleguá.

This JD was most likely Cuban and initiated in the Santeria religion.
