Hoping that the location where remains were discovered is accurate. The reason I bring that up is Biscayne Park is a fairly upscale residential neighborhood in northeast Miami Dade with homes that have been there since the 1940s-1950s. It would make more sense if partial skeletal remains were found in Biscayne National Park which is a 200 square mile area which encompasses Biscayne Bay and a bunch of little islands etc. Skeletons unfortunately turn up there frequently. Just curious.

It almost sounds as if it was mainly the skull. If the jaw contained teeth, they could hopefully, extract DNA.

Indeed, the residential neighborhood Biscayne Park is very close to the last know location of Ms. Gonzalez. Very interesting.
