Tropics Hotel, Little Dorm is a hotel and hostel so my guess is this UID was transient or working temporarily in the area.

I wonder if he was aware how serious his heart conditions were. The blood clot is likely what killed him. He was probably so short of breath and tired, he laid down and passed away.

Interesting that the first name was spelled Jean. Usually when a male has that name it is Gene as in short for Eugene.
