This is all sorts of crazy; the daughter and the lover both shot him?

She is taking the stand in her own defense... might be even more entertaining than Robert Telles!

Perhaps this is why 🤬🤬🤬 defendant crying earlier:

One of the men Laurie had been seeing took the stand on Thursday.

Jeremy Townsend described his relationship with her as, “friends with benefits and no strings attached.”

He denied having anything to do with the murder. He was asked several direct questions about the murder while on the stand.

I'm finding her hard to follow. Everyone else is lying except her and her daughter, right?

so that was the most insane testimony ive ever seen. so she was just out there cheating constantly? what ...was that? lol

The look on her face after the prosecutor's last question (about what vehicle MS drove there that fateful day) said it all, she knew she was caught well and good.

Looking forward to rebuttal tomorrow...

Like something off "Fargo", the "characters" all even look like they are from from a series from the 80's. Extremely weird, sick and creepy. Imagine living there knowing your murdered husband was buried in the yard.

Michael's girlfriend testified that Laurie was the one behind the sexual harrassment suit filed on her while she worked at Disney.

Are you kidding me? Seriously Laurie? This woman is a piece of work. Cannot wait until she is convicted.

I am just listening to the daughter's testimony yesterday and catching up. The daughter just testified her brother was there at the house that day because he had been kicked out of school. So has the brother testified about the shooting?

I am so behind on testimonies. Ugh!
Thanks, y'all for updates. ;)

Didn't get too far listening to LS's daughter's testimony. Probably not worth my time, because I'd have to take it with a bottle of salt. moo

In addition, what kind of a person (mother) would allow their daughter to do this? And, I am not talking about murder, I'm talking about taking responsibility and taking the stand. No doubt the jurors know the truth and disregard her testimony.
Goodness, I have no words allowed here. jmo

IS is 15 yrs old

Stated no one pressured her to testify today

LS is my mother
We’re very close, she is my best friend

It was not a calm household

@cathyrusson

The call the jury wanted to hear again was when the detective called her to inform her they found human remains on her property. When asked if she had any questions, #LaurieShaver says no.

The detective called #LaurieShaver to say they were done searching her property and she could return. He read off of list of items they collected: Cellphone, items they swabbed, flash drive, paperwork, projectiles and human skeletal remains. Detective: Any questions? Laurie Shaver: No, do I need to sign anything?
