She appeared again today in front of a judge. Charged with "illegal adoption". Bond was raised to $25K.

Speculation is that this "mom" just needed money. She was a low income worker and the landlord said she was behind in her rent.

She has 2 other children and they are now with the dad - he is NOT the baby's father but does have the baby with him as well.

I'm just so tired of all the excuses. She needed money so she decided to sell her 8 month old baby boy. C'mon. really????

Once again, what has happened to personal responsibility in this new world society?

After a series of delays, Bosque’s trial was set to start Friday, but before it got underway the judge asked all sides to try to work out a compromise.

After discussion, it was agreed that the baby and Bosque’s other children would remain in the custody of her husband. who is not the biological father of the baby but who has helped raise the child.

Bosque would be allowed to have supervised visits on a schedule still to be worked out.

In return, adjudication would be withheld on the adoption charge.

Bosque accepted a plea deal that spared her prison but required extensive counseling.

A mother who tried to sell her eight-month-old son for $7,000 has been jailed again.

Kenia Quiala Bosque, 30, was arrested for prowling last Thursday after police spotted her and another suspect acting suspiciously near an auto shop in the early hours.

She was taken to Monroe County Detention Center. Bosque, of Hialeah, Florida was also booked for violating her probation.
