I've never forgotten this case but I guess I haven't checked it in quite a while. They made an arrest. And it's not who I was thinking it would be. So, it's looking as if this man not only transported a highly drugged child to the hospital. It seems he assaulted her in some way.

Orlando man accused of lewd act on 14-year-old girl who died at hospital
"...Her mother, LR, said in interviews at the time that her daughter had left home with a girlfriend and a man she believed was the friend’s uncle. FB said that man is Bailey. Bailey has a lengthy arrest record in Orange and Brevard counties. Court records show his last arrest included charges of battery and false imprisonment. The case is closed, but it’s unclear if he was convicted. Jail records show Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Monday arrested Richard Keith Bailey on a felony charge of lewd and lascivious behavior. He left the Orange County jail that same day after posting $20,000 bail. Officials arrested him on the day victim Morgan Bell of Mims would have turned 15. Medical examiner’s records show Morgan was the youngest person to die of a drug overdose in Orange and Osceola counties last year...."
