Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office detectives said that when Amber Koebernik took the 2-year-old to the hospital Tuesday, the girl had bruises, three fractured ribs, a bruised liver, a fractured clavicle and a punctured lung.
The girl was listed in stable condition at St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach.
DCF had been to their home 2 days before and said everything was okay (no indication of injuries or illness)! I think DCF needs to take a closer look at their "investigators".
