A mother is behind bars after allegedly attempting to drown her three children at a community pool while livestreaming the incident on Instagram.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) says on Wednesday, the suspect, identified as Shaniece Willingham, had gotten into an argument with her mother, which led to Willingham leaving the home with her three children in a toy wagon. Deputies say shortly after, Willingham began a livestream video on Instagram, stating her intention to harm herself and the children.
