I saw the video of the confrontation between witness/good Samaritan and mother on TikTok. Horrible woman. Poor little baby girl.

Any parent who can do that shouldn't get their child back. And, it says she also attacked her mother not long ago. Yes, she's a victim of abuse as well, but that's not a get-out-of-jail-free card.
