GUILTY FL - Murder Plot Gone Wrong, Dalia Dippolito Captured in YouTube Video

She really didn't look like she expected that verdict. Her mother was sobbing, that upset me. I also feel sad for Dippolito's little baby. He will grow up without his mother.

She only had the baby because she hoped it would keep her out of jail. I have zero pity for her. She's a monster.

No pity from me either. Just sadness for her family.

Glad this jury got it right and convicted her. It will be interesting to see what sentence she gets and if the judge applies any time credits for her 8 yr house arrest. I hope she the maximum penalty though.

Has she been on house arrest all that time? I bet it's taken into account. She could end up serving hardly any time. Oh dear. What's the maximum?

She got twenty years last time. Partly due to her lack of remorse and her continued manipulation and lying.

So 8 years off for the house arrest, half off for good behaviour. Out in 6 years?

I heard that part of the bond releasing her to house arrest stipulated that IF tried and convicted again, this house arrest could NOT be applied as time served.

anyone know how long she spent in prison before her attorneys got her out? I did hear they cannot give her more than the 20 years she originally got, pooey I wanted her to get 35 lol

I think she went to prison in 2011 after being convicted. Then got out in 2014 when she was granted a new trial and has been out on house arrest ever since because the 2nd trial ended in a hung jury.

At the sentencing the last time she was convicted, the judge had quite a few choice words for her. Can't wait to hear what he says to her this time.

The "not guilty" curse of FCA has now vanished. Good going, Florida!

I bet her attorneys have writer's cramp as we speak filling out the paperwork for an appeal. One of them even said at sentencing when requesting she remain on house arrest until sentencing, that there were 'several appellate issues'. Well, in his opinion anyway.

Since the 'reality TV show' defense didn't fly and the ' victim of domestic violence' defense didn't work, I wonder what kind of defense they could come up with next, if need be. How about 'evil identical twin sister' that no one knew about before?

wow so 3 years in prison ? I thought she was long gone, never dreamed she would get out and stay out for so long, so Judge will give her credit for those years and too bad he can add 5 or 10 more just for all the trouble but he cant- to bad lol

Just FYI, 5000 days is 13.6 years, judge should say this in court LOL LOL wouldnt that be a riot lol

She was so upset over the verdict that medics had to be called because she was hyperventilating. She then had to be brought back into the courtroom where her attorneys were able to calm her down.

It makes you wonder what kind of stunt she's going to pull next.

oh boo hoo LOL I was watching the feed on wildabouttrial and they cut it right after the mom started crying so loud. I felt bad for her mom

I wish she hadn't chosen to have a baby while she was waiting for her trial. She is clearly worried about leaving him and he won't grow up with his mother around. Such a sad situation for the baby :(
