Do any of you agree with M. William Phelps and think Randi Gorenberg's killer was a different perp? I agree that Israel Keyes needs to be looked at

I feel I. Keyes killed Randi when he found she carried no ATM Card...that seemed to be his motive of taking these women...He knew she had saw what he looked like and I feel she may have tried to put up some type of fight with him, he was quick tempered and he shot her instantly..and I feel this is so much like Keyes, her purse and shoes were taken and she had on some really expensive jewelry, yet none was taken...Keyes didn't want anything on him or he never took anything that would possibly link him to a crime.....He would have had to pawn the jewelry or sell it...that would have been to close to linking him...the purse I would say had some cash in it and he wasn't going to leave empty handed...but I think Keyes did all the Mall shootings

NOTE*****....I feel this is Keyes....On the chin area!!!....He must have had a scar there...Jane Doe even had the artists to discolor a place on the chin also....
The only possible difference I can see is the lip area.....but NOTE*** this was his booking photo...he was not happy that day, I feel he had his face in a mad-pucker like pose.....Some friends and I went in and put the lips from his supposedly drivers photo on the booking photo...DEAD MATCH....so to me this is so close Helen Keller could make the positive identity!!!...lol

Bullshark, I have thought about this a long time...Why he choose to let 1 lady and her son live......She said she begged him often to not kill her son....and the son was taking a bottle in his car-seat in the back seat....She said at one point the son dropped his bottle (and she thought to herself they were both dead) but he only reached under the seat, got the bottle and turned and put it back in the boy's mouth???????.....that puzzled me bad.....but I feel maybe for just a second maybe he got a glimpse of his own Mom nurturing him as a child???.....and this lady was so distraught and crying.....I feel he may have thought she would not remember much since she was so upset and often when you are as she was, your mind just can't remember a lot of things
But remember he told her to tell LE that he was SHORT and BLACK, he took her billfold and told her he had her info. if she ever linked him with this he would return and kill her....He sure had no good intentions for her but maybe because she tried to do everything he told her and from what she has talked, she never tried to put up any kind of fight nor cross him in anyway....He was a control Freak..so maybe by her not talking back or trying to put up any fight may be the reason he choose to walk off from her
But I do feel when she got officials to do the drawing and it was released to the public, he knew anyone could identify him, I mean it's almost him in person to me....I think that is when he got out of Florida and changed his MO from populated public places to saying he choose people in isolated places like hiking trails, parks, boat launchings and etc....HE RAN SCARED I feel and he knew if he did much in public he would be caught
He stated he got as much a thrill from following media coverage of his victims as he did the actual killings.....It is almost 100% proof this was IK....NO MORE KNOWN VICTIMS have ever been done this way since the sketch was released...and Alaska was the perfect place to move too and do his shady work
I feel that if this had not been so much like IK, he probably would have returned in the future and carried out the murder of Jane Doe and maybe even her son....I'm sure he was very angry with her for not telling LE he was short and black...but he knew better than to ever return to Boca....I'm sure the sketch is up in a lot of places there...He knew he would be caught for sure...That is probably the only reason this lady and her son remains alive today....I'm sure he was furious with her for this sketch
 
I know there has been a lot of discussion on the goggles he used.....If this is truly I.Keyes, remember he was a marathon runner in Washington State,,,he ran several races there, I do not know if they use goggles or not...and also he was known to be very athletic and he hiked also..with all that being said, I'm sure these goggles were some type of sport goggles he used at maybe a sport he was into at the time....personally to me they look like a cheap pair of goggles that maybe a carpenter, welder or etc. might use to protect the eyes

Keyes talked to the police when he is was being interrogated about killing kids. He said:

"The one thing that I won't do is mess with kids. That's kinda another thing that goes back to me feeling like I was starting to lose control a little bit, because I had never really thought that way until I had (my daughter), until (my daughter) was born. And then after she was born, I didn't, you know. Keyes wouldn't attack people who had kids. If anything, he looked for people who specifically did not have kids. While Keyes did come to Florida, it was not until 2010.

Keyes's known murders also occurred in more rural areas. The Boca Town center is buzzing during Christmas and would have attracted way too much attention for him. He was extremely cautious in not being discovered and therefore would not have committed such a bold and open act.

I will disagree with this, Yes he told officials he did not kill kids, but I don't buy that for 1 minute..Yes maybe after his daughter was born he changed that, but you have to think back when he was talking about his early years of growing up in Colville.....He was already killing pets, made the other kids very sick and he said for the 1st time he realized his way of thinking was not right and if they ever release a new article with what known victims has 100% been linked to him....there was a 11 yr old girl that had prostetic legs that they highly think may have been his 1st killing victim..so that is a child to me, and this would have been not long after his family turned him out of the home, and they moved clear across the US to Maine...Something sure had to take place that I feel personally the family wanted nothing more to do with him and he was not allowed to contact any siblings
At one time it has been speculated by one lady that recognized him and she said he was known to be homeless in one part of California, he would come around at dark and do drugs with her and her boyfriend and she stated that a lot of homeless people started missing there at the time he was known to be there...With that being said.....I know 100% that IK has family in Florida and his childhood friend is known to live in Daytona Area...they released he often visited relatives during these trips....I feel at the time the mall shootings took place Keyes was either on a visit to relatives or maybe even visiting his childhood friend...and I DO NOT believe the 1st time he was in Florida was in 2010...that is only where FBI can positively put him there...and as I stated above, He would have been much younger when these happened, I feel he started out maybe in public places but after Jane Doe gave such a description and this sketch was released, he knew people could recognize him at the drop of a hat....and remember he told her that he took her billfold, and he told her to tell LE that he was short and black, but she choose to give them the correct info.....I feel the reason this lady and her son lived was because she was so terrified and from what she stated in an interview she had to follow along with everything he told her to do and she begged him many many times to not kill her son....I feel because she did all he asked, she begged for the life of her son that something way down deep inside gave him a link for just a second of perhaps a time in his childhood or of his own Mother maybe having to take up for Keyes at some time in his life because it is known his father was very strict on the children and I'm sure he had to use very strict discipline on Keyes, he also said he and 2 other sisters rebelled against the family religion by listening to music that was not permitted by his father, they had friends that was not permitted by the family and I'm sure it goes much deeper than that...Plus, if you go way back and read while in Colville he was seen at an AN meeting about the age of 14.....They are taught WHITE is the superior race....when he told this lady to tell them he was short and black he did that I feel for a specific reason...he hated that race and the one lady he killed cell phone was found on down towards Miami in a homeless area and a lot of them were black....IK knew what he was doing....I feel he went down the road and threw her phone out knowing that some homeless person would find it and use it..EXACTLY what happened..2 black men used the phone and they got called in and was highly questioned about the shootings and the cell phone usage....I'm sure IK was somewhere laughing his head off by keeping up with this case as he did all others on a computer somewhere.....when I read where he told Jane Doe to tell them Short and Black....that was the 1st thing that slapped me in the face because it is well known IK was against this race and then the phone of 1 of the victims being taken and was thrown in a homeless area with mostly blacks...I feel that was not coincedence , that was what Keyes planned all along

Just re-read this.....Samantha Koenig was taken at a coffee stand in Anchorage, that is not rural at all, they even had to cross a highly traveled highway to get over to his truck and the Boca mall shootings did not occur in the mall...They have a very large parking garage and remember**** they had not installed survelliance cameras in that area when this took place...some family members brought lawsuits against the mall for not having them in this garage
That would have been an easy place to hide (my term) and then sneak up on victims, since they are not well lit and I'm sure he probably had a vehicle parked there or nearby and it was only checked by a guard after closing hours at night???...I say it was an Easy Target

FBI To Release New Info On Double Murder Cold Case

FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) – New information will be released on a notorious double murder that has gone unsolved for the last seven years.

On December 12, 2007, Nancy Bochicchio and her seven year old daughter Joey were found shot to death inside their SUV at Boca Raton’s Town Center Mall. They had been bound with plastic ties and handcuffs and at least one of them was wearing blacked-out swim goggles.

That is relevant because 12 hrs after the murders, Nancy's cell and credit card were found in Miami-Dade County.

Police believe the killer may have connections to the Miami-Dade area.

Also, the reward has been increased to $400,000.
 
No one has been arrested, but Boca Raton police believe the killings are linked to an August 2007 carjacking in which the victim survived. That victim provided information that led to a sketch of the man believed to be responsible.

Investigators believe that the plastic ties and duct tape found at the crime scene were purchased from a major home-improvement store in Miami-Dade County.

These horrific murders grabbed my attention back in 2007. Most of us have visited a mall on more than one occasion, and could picture ourselves as would be victims. If LE has DNA evidence, there must not be a match in the database. Could this indicate someone who was in the country illegally? Or, perhaps the perp has no priors.

God bless the loved ones these dear souls left behind.
