Based on some digging, I'm pretty sure the Y middle initial is correct. Basing this on a found connection on whitepages to an address on Hixon Avenue.

Osceola County Sheriff's Office teams are searching a property in St. Cloud after a woman who failed to pick up her son from school was reported missing and her car was found abandoned miles from where she was last seen.

Deputies said Thursday that Nicole Montalvo was last seen around 5 p.m. Monday when she dropped off her 8-year-old son with his father and grandparents at their home on Hixon Avenue in St. Cloud.

Ruiz said investigators are talking to anyone who had a relationship with her, including her ex-husband, who lives at the property where she was last seen. Ruiz said they have a history of domestic violence.

Montalvo's ex-husband is not cooperating with the investigators, but he is not in custody, according to Ruiz.

I am not hopeful that they'll find her. Sadly, if someone wants to make a young lady vanish, Central Florida provides some opportunities. There are lots of lakes. In fact, one near where she was last seen is called Alligator Lake. Some of the waters are accessible only by airboat or canoe.

Does anyone know who was alerted to pick up her son on Tuesday? If he/they are bulldozing the property or burning evidence (as per neighbor addressing their habits), you'd think they'd pick up the son on Tuesday after school to buy themselves some time, right?

Divorce and it stops with a failure to attend parenting class by the respondent - if correctly identified Nicole is the petitioner - you may need to go through the clerks site and then do the verification (picking images) to see the docket - but a final judgment has not been issued

I am beginning to think that it should be required to do child exchanges in a public place/police department/something whenever there is a history of domestic abuse or either parent prefers it. I do that.
