GUILTY FL - Nicole Montalvo, 35, failed to pick up her son from school, St. Cloud, 21 Oct 2019 *arrests*

@enelram, can you open the attachments? I provided the link for cross reference purposes. The felony was Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapon - AR fighting with his son COR. So the story is COR and NM were living with COR's parents in a trailer on their property along with son. COR gets angry with dad for unplugging the air conditioner to trailer - AR says he will plug it in when they start paying rent - and then it escalates from there. Weapon was a butter knife.

Well if you read the file I attached, he claims that COR was getting aggressive and he grabbed the first thing he could find for defense. Then he said COR chest bumped him which effectively resulted in the knife leaving a small red mark I believe.

I have a small theory (once again, I AM NOT SAYING AR IS INNOCENT). I remember going back to social media of COR (which no longer exists) where he got injured somehow and was in the hospital and then home for some time which, if I recall correctly, resulted in him being out of work. It appeared from that point on his FB demeanor changed and things were getting a little wonky. My theory is - the way dr's give out pain pills like candy - maybe, just maybe he was addicted to anything to ease the pain. His pics went from strong well built guy to puffy and tired looking which could also be a result of addiction. If he had fits of anger, you know darn well NM was not the only one to see them, and MAYBE AR was in fact defending himself as he said (in this particular case). Who really knows....maybe we will one day. Such a volatile family and such a sad situation all around.

I did see NM's divorce petition and she was
declared indigent so guessing there was no money coming in for rent.
I'm most curious about AR's felony conviction.

Nothing on AR as of yet. Both COR and AR were assigned same public defender which of course resulted in a conflict of interest so there are request a new public defender.

another neighbor watched in broad daylight
and ID ed them both and they were still acquitted. These scummy people get away with too many crimes.

Sheriff Gibson just held a press conference to announce the extradition of Nicholas R. from
Ga. Sheriff said he does not have a record of any previous arrests.
He said the investigation is still ongoing and there is still a lot to do. He also implied there may be more people who have info on this crime
and said they will find you and bring you in.

These slick burglars were driving a truck with
"Global Mission Outreach" printed on the back window.
Nothing like driving a truck which leads right back to your business. Cops looked up the co.,
got the address and went zooming down to the
