CASSELBERRY, Fla. - Authorities in Seminole County are desperately searching for a teenage girl who was last seen May 26, in Casselberry.
Investigators with the Casselberry Police Department say Soto is 5’1” tall and weighs about 103 lbs. She has light brown/blonde hair and green eyes.

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Casselberry Police are searching a missing teenager. Norangie Soto was last seen on May 27, 2018 at approximately 2 a.m., by her brother.
She was wearing dark blue jeans with rips in the knees, a light pink T-shirt, and tan Huarache tennis shoes.
