Hmm. I cant seem to really find anything on this case but I only checked briefly.

It looks like from the intersection listed, that area may be near Wedgefield Florida? SR520 only runs for a shortish distance, between Cocoa Beach and Orlando. I couldn't find a Maxim Drive along that route, but I did find a Maxim Parkway in Wedgefield (East of Orlando on 520). The remains were found S of 'Maxim Drive' and W of SR 520 according to the info you posted.
I think from the map it looks like Wedgefield may be the right place? It is a big open area South and West from the roads. The contact info is Collier County person, but I don't think its possible this person was found in Collier Co. Fl?

I'll look for more articles later, maybe there is something in Orlando area news about it? It seems like she could not have died too recently since the remains were skeletal. Beyond that though, I can't really tell.
I'll post again if I find more info later

They are saying she was dead no more than 3 years.

The Fluidbb link has no information besides female, unknown height and a contact name but apparently there used to be an address before.

Searching for skeletal remains and the address mentioned in the second post (SR 520 and Maxim Drive) I come up with two threads

According to them Bithlo Jane Doe was found 1/4 mile west of SR 520, and 1/2 mile south of Maxim Drive (Maxim Parkway) March 24 2008 and later identified as Ashley Nicole Oliver, missing since July 6, 2005.

The victim was located on March 24, 2008 in Bithlo, Orange County, Florida. She was identified in July 2009 as Ashley Oliver, reported missing from her residence at 600 S. County Road 13 by a family member on June 16, 2005.
