The entire world knows you’re on video as soon as you walk into that store! It’s like this guy wanted to get caught. Thank goodness he didn’t get away with the child. Tons of video surveillance, security guards, people everywhere, nothing seems to deter these criminals. No place is safe, you can’t let your guard down anywhere!
