Special note: Bipolar and schizophrenic, threatened to harm self in the past. Relatives say she could be disoriented.
Also note, Orlando weather was terrible yesterday with rain followed by temperatures falling down into the '50's (shows she has on a T shirt and shorts).
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Deputies are searching for a missing Osceola County woman last seen five days ago after her car was found Tuesday at Wekiwa Springs State Park.
Osceola County deputies said Paola Marie Miranda-Rosa, 31, was last seen by her family at 3330 S. Semoran Blvd. in Orlando on Dec. 17. She was wearing blue jean shorts and a green or white T-shirt.
Orange County deputies said they found her black 2011 Chevrolet HHR at Wekiwa Springs State Park around 4 p.m. on Tuesday. Deputies said they did a preliminary search of the buildings in the area, but didn’t locate Miranda-Rosa.
Osceola County deputies said it appears Miranda-Rosa arrived in the area of the park on Dec. 18 and could be disoriented, according to her relatives and other sources.
Deputies resumed their search in the area Wednesday morning.
Deputies said Miranda-Rosa has schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder and has made threats to harm herself in the past, but not recently.
