I do not know why so many of the cases on this site are ones that I can relate to.
My cousin's daughter was traded for a car.
I did not have any contact with him other than seeing him where I worked. He has been in and out of jail for many years. If I had known that the mother of his child did not want to care for her, I would have taken her in my home in a heartbeat. I did not know.
Alexis Cormier was murdered March 4th,1999 by being abused by the ones who had traded a car for her. It is said that Alexis was a victim of "shaken baby syndrome". Alexis did not get much media attention at all.
Alexis was alive on this earth for 16 short months.
Her mother was charged with DUI in July of this year. She has been in and out of jail for many years.
I do not know what to say. I come on this site everyday that I can. But it seems that more and more of the articles posted here hit too close to home.
With all due Respect. I am finding it harder and harder right now to deal with cases here on this site.
I am not as strong as many right now and I think that maybe I should take a break.

I would have shelled out the $30.00 for sure! Then once the baby was safe in my hands, called the authorities!
Ah, a two-month-old white baby? People pay much, much more for them! But then, it's only legal if it costs $20,000, and the money goes to someone else.
Did anyone else find it weird that she has a game called "save the baby" on my myspace page?
She sure isn't worried about saving her own baby.
