Mystery man found dead in Port Richey woods in 2019 remains unidentified | FOX 13 Tampa Bay

The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help identifying a man whose body was found a little more than five years ago in Port Richey.

“The body was discovered on Dec. 12, 2019, in a wooded area near the intersection of Scenic Dr. and Graphic Dr. in Port Richey… the remains are of a white or Hispanic male, between the ages of 20-60, who is between 5’3”-5’10”, and previously suffered a rib fracture that is not associated with his death.”

One of the sketches/renderings features a hat that was found near the mans body.

Based on what I’m looking at, he was found behind the Home Depot on Scenic and Graphic Dr.

The ‘wooded area’ is a park - Werner Boyce Salt Springs State Park.

I’ve been to Werner Boyce many times. There are very well -defined trails, but also areas that are completely wooded and unmarked.
