It looks like they purchased a home in a new housing development with houses still being built/under construction on Laguna Way at the time of her disappearance. Geezum, I wonder where he put the body?! Where was choir practice that night? Also, wouldn’t the kids most likely still have been on summer break? Finding her wiped down car less than a mile DIRECTLY down the street from their home screams spousal involvement, a feeble attempt to throw investigators off MOO

Still no update. I dont know why this one is so much more creepier than others. Has it ever been confirmed he took her daughters (his step daughters) and moved on? I dont think that is common right?

What makes me wonder is that the husband's version of being in a jacuzzi and leaving to buy a soda... is that his version? But what could be the truth? Was there no one else in the house? Who can confirm? No one saw Patricia's car parked at that apartment complex... I think she was murdered; she didn't escape with anyone... I don't know if she had problems with her husband or an affair with someone else, but I don't think so...
whatever it is
Rest in peace

I’m getting a love triangle vibe here. The only places open at that time, 30 years ago, were maybe a convenience store or a drugstore.

Doctors know enough to cover up a death but do they know enough to permanently hide a body? It’s been nearly 30 years.

Did they own a boat? Any access to the water?

A car without fingerprints on it, even in a strange location, is too obvious. Who usually drove this car and was the front seat adjusted?
Way late to this thread. I just caught myself up. I’m newly (5yrs) local to Naples. We sit right on the water. The canals run all around the city and there are plenty of docks. Without an address, I wouldn’t be able to tell exactly what kind of water access they might have had, but it’s Naples, its beachfront, and it’s a well known fishing spot. Not to mention that a straight drive south puts you into Everglades National Park, which runs between Collier and Miami-Dade counties. Can’t say much to how much open land there was when she went missing, but there are plenty of places unfortunately.

I’m so confused as to why the case didn’t go anywhere. I read that she and her husband got into an argument, she went out for soda, never to be seen again. But I also read that her husband got out of the jacuzzi and went into the bedroom looking for her and she was gone. If that’s the case how did he know she left for soda if he got out of the jacuzzi looking for her. The fact that her car was completely whipped down is another red flag!! What is going on here?? I know one of the daughters. I’ve never spoken to her about this. For her sake, I wish she had answers so she didn’t think her mom abandoned her. At least I don’t think she just up and left

And I’m pretty sure this is the husband now. He got remarried but his wife died in 2021. Her obituary doesn’t list Leventhal as her last name but does say she was married to him.In

Interesting. If it is him as he went one county north. Sanibel Island is in Lee County, and about 45 minutes from Naples, Collier County. I know not all women change their names with marriage either. Or her family wanted her buried with her maiden name.

If you google Michelle’s name, a Facebook page for missing people comes up. Included in that post (I’m not posting as I’m not sure if it’s allowed) there is an image from the Naples Daily Newspaper on October 9, 1991. In that image, I got the apartment complex her car was found at. Here is that location on a map today. I live across the street from this area. It’s super busy all the time now. The apartment complex name has changed since the article was published.
