most of the links in this article are dead, as are the ones on Peggy's wiki. I can't find the sources about the brothers confession. The Charley project has this marked as solved? Does anyone know what is going on? I have my personal suspicions on who might have killed Peggy (considering submitting a tip) but before I do I would love to see any recent reliable information if anyone has it. Thanks in advance!
