What a lousy solution. Nobody called his family? His address wasn't on file? Who was his caretaker? That driver should have waited or asked a staff member what the address was. Total failure and now this man is long since been missing. Has anyone even looked for him???

The driver took him back to the hospital where he was told by staff how to take the bus home.
