Alachua County Deputies said Keoni Ellis, 28, pinched the student in the groin, upper thigh and ear at the Child Center for Early Learning.

what on earth?? So her claim is that the child's mother said something like "if my autistic child misbehaves just give him a pinch, better yet pinch him in the groin"???
